1. Where is your shop located?

Pande Batang shop is located in Sageoori-gil 19 Paengseong eup Pyeongtaek Gyenggido SOUTH KOREA. 5 mins away from Camp Humpreys by car.

2. Do you deliver?

​

Yes, We deliver every Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9 a.m to 11 a.m.

​

3. How much is the delivery charge?

​

NO. Delivery if FREE around Camp Humprey/ Songtan/ Pyeongtaek/ Dunpo area.

4. I lived outside the delivery area faraway do you send by post OR TAEKBAE (택배)?

​

Yes, but as normal rule buyer should shoulder the post expenses.

5. How to pay?

6.Do you accept card?

​

As of the moment NO. We are in the process of that.

7. Do you accept dollar?

​

Yes.

8. I like to be deliver but don't like to be disturb while sleeping specially my husband.

You can just let us know your APT gate pin number/ Bldg number/Room number. You can hang one clean bag in front of your door place the payment inside the bag and we will place the pandesal in the bag without disturbing you.

9. I want  pandesal to be  deliver but I'm leaving home early.

10. How to or order?

​

Simply fill out the order form in our website. PLEASE input your exact address preferably korean address (for better navigating) and building letter or number and specially room number.

11. CAN WE PICK UP?

​

SURE that is better so that you can get hot from oven pandesal and with extra pieces.

​

12. When is your shop open?

​

As of the moment Pande Batang shop  is open on MONDAY/ WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY/ SUNDAY from 7  to 11 a.m ONLY.

13.I don't have cash now?

​

NO WORRIES, we can deliver the pandesal and you PAY LATER on next delivery. That's what makes PANDE BATANG unique lol.
